Henergy is a proprietary herbal blend, containing Rhodiola rosea extract for adrenal support, Turnera diffusa, an ancient aphrodisiac, Urtica dioica extract, an aid to limiting SHBG (sex hormone binding globulins), and Ginkgo biloba and Panax quinquefolius for increased circulation to the extremities, including the sex organs.

**1. Eligibility for Returns:**
You may return the items purchased from BCP Supplements within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and undamaged, along with any accompanying materials. Opened or used products are not eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons.
**2. Process for Returns:**
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@bcpsupplements.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back the products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
**3. Refunds:**
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
**4. Exchanges:**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bcpsupplements.com, and follow the return process mentioned above.
**5. Non-Returnable Items:**
Please note that we do not accept returns on promotional items or products that have been sold as part of a clearance sale.
